Data is automatically aggregated from the appropriate system of record and presented within a single user interface, allowing the requestor the ability to view and request changes to the current information. During the change request process LBMS automatically generates a Change Summary so that users can easily review their changes prior to submitting their request. The Change Summary is also a powerful tool for down-stream approvers during the process to quickly understand changes being requested to speed decision-making and the overall change process. Different workflow processes and approvals can be defined based on what type of change is being requested, ensuring that changes are efficiently routed to the right people at the right time. Based on the firm’s business rules, automatically initiated change processes can be implemented (such as Matter Follow-ups) to ensure the firm is keeping up to date with client or matter changes that may impact the firm’s risk profile. |
